dead battery unmanned desk

The door battery died during the last few days of my stay , which meant I needed an escort to my room. This caused me to miss a fancy dinner I still had to pay for , and there was no urgency to resolve the issue. Also , the front desk seemed permanently unmanned and nobody responded to my complaint , nor could they offer me another room.

spacious studio with excellent river views

corner room river view kitchen tools

the hotel's location suited me perfectly. i stayed in a corner room offering both river and city views. i found most of the necessary kitchen tools were available for preparing breakfast. the room included a dishwasher, detergent, coffee machine, oven, microwave, and a hairdryer.

the door battery failed during the last days of my visit. a technician was not available until my departure day. i needed assistance to enter my room each time and the hotel did not offer an alternative room.

The breakfast service impressed me. The staff allowed us to enjoy our breakfast without any rush, despite arriving close to the 10 am closing time with our baby, it was very considerate.

i found the staff to be friendly and helpful. a front desk person, angela, was particularly helpful and friendly. the reception and breakfast room staff were also very accommodating to our needs, providing really good assistance.

Excellent Location with River Views

The room included a spacious layout. The large closets offered plenty of storage. I appreciated the equipped kitchen. Wonderful views of the river came from the balcony. The staff were very helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage on arrival. The hotel location is close to a grocery store. Local transport is also very accessible. Breakfast included both cooked English style and traditional options.

The front desk was sometimes unattended. I had to wait a few minutes on one occasion.

The breakfast had various options, including both hot and cold selections. Cappuccinos were readily available each morning. I noticed fresh pastries and fruit were always well-stocked. This was a plus.

The hotel is located next to the river. Aldi, a supermarket, sits across the street. There is reserved parking available, I saw many spots. This made check-in very easy
